Entering Your Card Expiry date
When prompted to enter the expiry date of your credit or debit card, please input the four digits representing the month and year your card expires. This information can be found on the front of your card.
Here's how to do it:
1. Look for the expiry date printed on your card.
2. The format of the expiry date is typically "MM/YY".
3. Enter the two digits for the month first, followed by the two digits for the year.
For example:
If your card expires in June 2025, you would entered "06" for June and "23" for the year 2025 making the complete entry: 0625.
Please enter the numbers without any spaces or additional characters.
How to Enter Your Card Security Code
Your card security code is a unique identifier to help enhance the security of your transactions. Depending on your card type, the location of this code may vary.
For Mastercard or Visa users:
1. Flip your card over to the back.
2. Look for a 3-digit number located in the signature box or just to the right of it. This is your Card Verification Number (CVN) or Card Verification Value (CVV).
3. Enter this 3-digit code when prompted during the transaction.
For American Express users:
1. Look at the front of your card.
2. Find the 4-digit code printed above the main card number.
3. Enter this 4-digit code when asked for your security code.
Examples:
• On a Mastercard or Visa, if the last three digits on the back of your card are 123, you would enter "123".
• On an American Express card, if the 4-digit code on the front is 1234, enter "1234".
Please handle your card carefully and make sure that your CVN/CVV is kept confidential to prevent unauthorized use.
